Cuban Spin - Beginner

Unlike spins from classical dancing, the Cuban spin is done with the knees bent while having the weight on the ball of one foot and on the heel of the other one. 

Because of the shoes, usually the men choose to do this move more rather than the ladies. Count 4 is essential for the beginning of the spin as it sets the balance and the weight placement. Plus, if done right, it looks sharp and exquisite.
