Cross Body Lead
Cross Body Lead is one of the basic moves of salsa. Whether it is executed on the right side (regular CBL) or on the left side (reverse CBL), the movement is achieved by changing places of the partners. In the LA Style and NY Style
as well, this thing is happening "on the line", keeping the rule of the angles of 90 degrees. In Cubana, the movement is named Dile Que No and it is executed a bit differently. There are an infinite number of forms of CBL; practically the only limit stays with the imagination of the dancer. In the video below, you can see two simple forms, the basic ones, with which you will be able to cope decently in any salsa club from the world.
