Romanian participants will accompany you to the university ASE where language and intercultural workshops take place. The university ASE is within about 35 minutes walking distance.

21.00 – 24.00	OPTIONAL PROGRAM Informal intercultural encounters – optional meeting between participants and teachers Place: Club Latin Dance, Baratiei Street, No. 33: situated in the city center, 5 min. walk from the University Square. Free entrance, more than reasonable prices (beer, water: 1,2€; cocktail: 3,33 €), air conditioning. The club opens at 22.00/22.30.		Participants are free to visit Bucharest by night, to go to a dance club etc. See our suggestions in the Oportunidance Bucharest Practical Information leaflet!!! You can post proposals in the FaceBook Event and find other participant interested in the same activities! Practice your intercultural skills to make new friends, to find out more about other countries or to participate in a common activity with other participants!

SUNDAY, 3^rd SEPTEMBER

8.00 – 10.15	Breakfast for international participants. Place: Hotel Ibis Parliament	Please bring the feedback forms you received at the beginning of the event! We will collect them after lunch.
10.00 – 10.30	Walking to the city center. Instructions for the cultural activities of the day.	Please meet us in the main lobby of the Hotel Ibis Parliament no later than 10.15 am. Romanian participants will accompany you to the starting point of the walking tour (Oportunidance Studio (downstairs – about 20 minutes walk from the IBIS Hotel).
10.30 – 13.30	BUCHAREST & ROMANIA: HERITAGE AND HISTORY: city center walking tour, city quest & intercultural games in teams of 10 participants – different nationalities – organized by our partner Open Doors. Travel outside the box.	*Starting point:* in front of the Oportunidance Studio (downstairs), Brezoianu Street, No.23. The lists of teams will be available before the activity. *Do not be late! Different teams will go in different directions!*
13.45 – 15.30	Lunch & Feedback session Place: Restaurant Monte Carlo, Cismigiu Park	Please fill in and bring us the feedback forms you received at the beginning of the event!
15.30 – 19.00	FREE PROGRAM	Participants are free to visit Bucharest in small intercultural groups, go to a museum, spend time in a café in the historical city center, go to a park. See our suggestions in the Oportunidance Bucharest Practical information leaflet!!! You can post proposals in the FaceBook Event and find other participants who want to accompany you! Practice your intercultural skills to make new friends, to find out more about other countries or to participate in a common activity with other participants!

As mentioned in the Erasmus+ Projects’ Guide, international participants need to make sure they have international travel insurance valid during the whole duration of the event, which is not covered from the project’s budget!
